Overview
Freelancer Money Tools (“we”, “our”, “this site”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we do — and do not — collect when you visit exaghost.com and use our free calculators.
No accounts and no signups
We do not offer user accounts, and we never ask you to sign up, log in, or provide personal details to use the tools. You can use every calculator on this site anonymously.
Your calculations stay in your browser
All calculators and the invoice generator run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The numbers you type — your income goals, salary figures, or invoice line items — are processed on your own device. They are never sent to our server, stored in a database, or shared with third parties.
Information you share when you contact us
If you send us a message through the Contact page, we receive whatever you include in your message, such as your name and email address. We use that information only to read and respond to your message. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand — in aggregate — how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited most. Analytics information of this kind is statistical and does not identify you personally. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking cookies will not stop the calculators from working.
Caching
Our hosting uses page caching to load pages quickly. Cached pages are generic copies of the site’s content and contain none of the numbers you enter into the tools.
Data retention
Because the tools do not send us your input, we have no calculation data to retain or delete. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults who work as freelancers or are considering freelance work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
